The Bill (Reg.№4053) submitted by Yu. Prokopchuk, People´s Deputy of Ukraine, authorizes the administrative panels under the executive bodies of the local councils to scrutinize the cases on administrative infringements. The author deems necessary to adopt the Law in view of numerous appeals of the local councils.

The committee upheld the Bill, as its adoption will improve legislation and authorize city councils to scrutinize the cases on administrative infringements.
